As you approach your monthly credit limit, we’ll send you a warning email and display a banner in your app. You can:

1. Purchase one-off top-up credits — valid for 90 days from the purchase date.
2. Activate auto top-up credits — also valid for 90 days. You choose a regular top-up amount and a maximum budget. The system will automatically purchase credits in your chosen increments until you reach your budget.
3. Take no action — your work will pause until the next billing cycle begins.

The Team plan works perfectly for both scenarios. Solo entrepreneurs use it to scale their operations, while larger teams use it to enhance collaboration. With unlimited seats, you can invite your entire team without worrying about per-user costs. Your subscription credits renew each month.  On a Teams plan, when your monthly reset occurs you will start with a fresh 3M.  If you choose to leverage top up credits, those credits will last for a rolling 90 days.  The system is setup to use the credits due to expire first before later expiring credits. We designed it this way to keep pricing simple and predictable - you know exactly what you're getting each month.

Auto-reload automatically tops up your credits when they run low. You set two numbers: when your credits drop to X amount, we'll bring your balance back to Y amount. You can also establish a max budget per month so there will never be any surprise bills. This ensures your agents never stop working due to low credits, while keeping you in control of spending.

Credit usage depends on the complexity and frequency of tasks your agents perform. Simple data queries use fewer credits than complex analysis or content generation. The agent creator sets the credit cost for each operation, giving you transparency into pricing before deployment.

Yes! Every account includes a maximum monthly spend limit (defaulted to $500). You can adjust this limit higher or lower based on your budget. When you hit this limit, all agent activity pauses until you approve additional spending or wait for the next billing cycle.

Your agents remain active, but their activity becomes limited by your new plan's credit allocation. If you've used more storage than your new plan allows, you'll have 30 days to either upgrade again or reduce your storage usage.

Storage refers to the space you get in your Content area for uploading business documents, reference materials, spreadsheets, and other files that your agents need to work with. This includes things like company policies, product catalogs, customer data, research documents, and any other reference material you want your agents to access.

Your agents use this uploaded content to provide more accurate, context-aware responses and perform tasks specific to your business. The more reference material you provide, the smarter and more helpful your agents become.
