You don't need more AI in your day. You need less to do.

Give Autohive's AI agents the jobs that keep coming back, like the Monday numbers or the morning brief. They run them on your schedule and send you the result.

No code. No credit card. Scheduled jobs free for your first 30 days.

Every Monday, 8:00 am

You wear every hat

Stop doing these yourself.

Hand each of these to an AI agent. No code, and no new chat each time.

Pulling together the Monday status update.

A scheduled job gathers project updates from your tools every Monday morning and sends one formatted brief to your leadership channel.

Writing up yesterday's sales.

An agent reads your HubSpot data each morning and sends a sales summary to your team's Slack channel.

Piecing together your day from email and calendar.

An agent checks your inbox and meetings each morning, then sends a daily brief to your private Slack channel.

Drafting replies to Google reviews.

An agent drafts each reply and waits for your OK before it publishes to your Google Business Profile.

Not sure which job to hand over first?

Start with the ready-made Use Case Brainstormer agent. It asks about your business, finds the jobs worth automating first, then hands you a clear brief to build from.

A note from JD Trask, CEO and Co-founder

I've built 16 products and run businesses for 20 years. Autohive makes it all much easier.

After watching every team I've built drown in the same manual work, I started running AI agents inside my own company. Now one agent runs across both of my companies, every day.

Why it's different

Not another tool to babysit.

A chat window helps when you remember to open it, ask, and carry the answer to where it's needed.

A scheduled job runs on the day and time you set, whether you're in meetings, on holiday or busy with everything else. It's the difference between having an assistant and having a system.

What setup really takes

Explain it. Schedule it. Check it.

You set the standard. The schedule does the remembering.

  1. Explain the job.

Describe it in plain language, the way you'd brief a new team member, or start from a ready-made agent. Connect the tools it needs.

  2. Put it on a schedule.

Every weekday at 8:00 am, every Monday, or every hour. Send the result to your inbox or Slack.

  3. Check the first runs.

Watch the first runs in the job's log and tighten the instructions until the result is right. Pause it whenever you like; its history is kept.

“I’m able to sit down and get something that actually works. It’s not a few hours or a few days, it’s a few minutes.”

Before you hand it over

Fair questions.

Is this just another chatbot?

No. You can chat with an agent when you want to, but a scheduled job doesn't need you to: it runs from your saved instructions, at the time you choose, and sends you the result. Your agents belong to your workspace, so they stay put when your team changes.

Do I need someone technical to set it up?

No. Describe the job in plain language and Agent Creator builds the agent, or start from a ready-made agent in the marketplace. Some tools ask you to sign in, or to paste an API key or a Slack channel ID. None of it is code.

What if it gets something wrong?

Check the first runs before you rely on it. Every run is recorded in the job's log, so you can see what happened, change the instructions, or pause the job without losing its history. For customer-facing work, like review replies, set the agent up to wait for your OK before anything is published.

What happens to my data?

When an agent works on a job, the information it needs is sent securely to the AI model you've chosen. Data processed through Autohive isn't used to train those models. It's encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), and Autohive is GDPR and CCPA compliant and CASA certified by Google.

What does it cost?

The Free plan is $0, needs no credit card, and includes unlimited seats and 350K credits a month. Scheduled jobs and custom agents are included for your first 30 days; to keep them after that, you'll need a paid plan. Lite is US$20 a month, includes both, and comes with 500K credits. Agents use credits as they work, and if you run out, work pauses until your next billing cycle unless you upgrade or, on a paid plan, turn on auto top-up.

Can someone help me pick the first job?

Yes. The ready-made Use Case Brainstormer agent asks about your business and suggests which jobs to automate first. Or book a 20-minute demo: bring a job and we'll build an agent for it live on the call. No slides. No pitch deck.
