What is Autohive?

Autohive is where you and your colleagues work together with intelligent agents who actually get things done. Think of it as your digital workspace where AI handles the repetitive tasks and jobs you are spending too much time on, while you focus on the growing participation in your sport!

Who is Autohive for?

Autohive is for you and anyone who has thought, “there has to be a better way” about their daily tasks and work. We’re particularly popular with anyone and any associations who know they are spending too much time on tasks that while valuable, are repetitive and time consuming. Creating draws for tournaments and matches, identifying and responding to grant requests, managing volunteers including communicating with them - these are all great tasks an Autohive agent can do.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), with infrastructure hosted in SOC-2 compliant data centres. Think of us as the security-conscious guardians of your digital workspace. Check our security documentation for the technical details.

How do I access the Sports Associations agents?

We have already loaded the agents we have created for Sports Associations to your company workspace. If you click on agents in the left task bar or near the top of your screen you can see the agents there and start interacting with them.

Can we add new agents specific to our needs?

Absolutely, this is one of the many fantastic benefits of Autohive. You and your colleagues can create as many agents you like and have them in both shared or private workspaces. Click on “Agent Creator” in Autohive and it will load our user friendly agent creation tool. If you navigate to the left hand pane you can provide natural language instructions to help create an agent.

Why isn’t my agent responding properly?

Like humans, even the smartest agents need clear instructions sometimes. This usually happens when requests are vague, ask for information they don’t have access to, or when their internal processes hit a snag. Try being more specific or breaking complex tasks into smaller steps. Our How to craft prompts that make AI work for you blog post can help you.

Am I able to connect to another system from Autohive?

Yes! We already have a significant number of connections or integrations to systems, you can check them out here on our Integrations page. You can request a new connection via our Feature Request page or on email - support@autohive.com. We are incredibly quick at investigating and responding.

What other Sports Associations use Autohive?

We have several and although we aren’t able to publicly name them all, they have helped us design our dedicated Autohive agent suite for Sports Associations.
